Services Oil pans Although I have been driving Healeys for over 35 years, I have never hit my oil pan on anything, nor have I seen anyone else hit theirs. However, almost every Healey oil pan you see has been smashed in some manner. For example, here is a photo of a typical pan:
 Since no one, at this time, is making a replacement steel pan, I thought it might be beneficial to start fixing them. My son, Geno, has been welding and straightening Healey pieces since he was 14 and I think he has gotten this down pretty well. Our shop rate is $50.00 per hour and all pans will be done on a per each basis. Usually they take between 3 and 5 hours. If you wish finish paint to be done, you can add an hour. If you would like a close estimate, you can take some very good pictures and E-mail them to us. Turn around time is usually ten days. Below are pictures of Geno's work showing the repair.
